Soulful Sunday’s: Qi Sessions

3:00pm - 4:00pm
Join me for a 60 minute session and learn how Qigong movements can help provide a sanctuary to soothe a tired nervous system, allowing you to release emotions accumulated in the body and reset for the week ahead.
In this class, we'll use movement to stretch, unwind tension from the body and use the breath to allow the body to reset and recharge. Come and try something different that your body and mind will thank you for. We welcome newcomers.
